The Resolute Life

Every moment that fear overcomes us, is a death. Every moment that we overcome fear, is a birth. I have died many times and I am still alive. I am ready to die a new death, for I am willing to live.

I cannot die for you. I cannot be born for you.
I may die with you.
I do not know however, if we will be twins again.

Yes @ my pictures. Tx πŸ™‚

I believe those moments come often, always a recent or an expectant moment, lurking somewhere, like that!

I am reminded of a quote from “Love Actually” @ your last line:

“Ah, the total agony of being in love” (or something to that effect)

Thank ye, glad you could relate! Cheers!

  3. the thought is nice.. the small couplet is also interesting.. there’s something on the same lines, which goes like:

Dont walk in front of me, I may not follow,
Dont walk behind me, I may not lead,
Just walk with me and be my friend

    – Albert Camus…

  5. Every moment that fear overcomes us, is a death. Every moment that we overcome fear, is a birth.

In that respect, we all die and are reborn every single day…beautiful post.

First time on your blog, linked through one of soumya’s posts. Read a couple of your posts and this blog joins the list of my favourites πŸ™‚

    Welcome to Gaizabonts!

Thank you, in that sense, I’d believe it is possible that we die and live again – more than once a day.

Thank you once again. Look forward to seeing you here. πŸ™‚

  7. I wrote a long comment a few days ago on this one. Unfortunately, I couldn’t post it.

Every word is weighty and so is every sentence. Beautiful post!

    I don’t remember the rest.

  8. i oscillate. dangerously. often in the middle of the night. when i wake up to yesterday and smile.
only to be rudely, truly, awakened later.

    this is good. as usual.

I was on Naandi yesterday, and was going to ask your whereabouts. Seems you are around after all. I’ll miss that comment that couldn’t be posted. maybe you should post it – when long comments come to you!

I’ll figure that out and then reply. I think I know what it means; yet.
