Hello, Dear Friend…

Three friends, away from each other

Maybe not all three, but at least two chairs weren’t empty tonight. Even after four years, the chairs were as comfortable as they were four years ago or even fourteen years ago.

Water has flown under the bridge, and like a reminder, the skies poured long and hard tonight, harder than the usual London drizzle, bringing two friends closer under one umbrella.

Like he said, we came a long way from sharing one coffee in a make-believe coffee shop in Pune, to discussing the same in a coffee shop in London.

You bet. If there has been turmoil in life in recent times that can’t be talked about, however, it makes it a bit difficult, yet a pleasant event. I am not sure I can explain it.

Waqt rehat nahi kahin tik kar, iski aadat bhi kuch aadmi see hai!

But yes, I agree with you!
