Going Home…

Panhala Fort Steps

…but stay in a place long enough and the concept of a home becomes a blur. It is sometimes difficult to know where the steps lead to.

The sweet smell of being homesick isn’t as strong as before, yet, the concept itself, is as pungent as ever. It is just habit now, that forces the mind to feel the need to struggle to get back home, though it knows that the blur becomes even more Dali-like.

Two years can be a long time…

This pic resembles like the one in my village.. :)Me always liked to sit and spend sometime on top of the steps,in the evenings,in my village.

I can relate to that feeling. Only five hours away from home (two hours by air and another three on the winding roads) it’s been a year since I last went home. And will be leaving in a few days.

    As usual beautifully expressed.

That’s more the question really – the concept of home itself is becoming a blur – if we know where it is perhaps…
