I am thinking of writing a script that will auto-comment on your posts saying “Bouncer!” to each by default, except for those rare occasions when it wouldn’t apply But I know you wouldn’t like automated comments as they’re neither the means nor the magic.
Haha. That’s a telling comment – maybe I should dilute the abstraction a bit. If you do write that script – you will have to give me a modified version to reply to your comments I see, however, that you have been able to relate the comment to the previous post. Nice.
Well, I try But unless I feel my comment will embellish a post, I don’t. Comments are by themselves mini-blog-posts, similar to micro-blogging, but with far more permanence, isn’t it?
Oh yes!!! While you are spot-on about comments being mini posts – I think they are very crucial to the character of the post too. In fact, it is the comments that bring out the true meaning, intent, depth, and nature of the post.
Indeed! In word and deed.
Absolutely @ word and deed. Else it isn’t a ‘comment’
